Regular Cancellation Policy:
•Minimum 4-nights for hotel rooms and cottages.
•Cancellation request before Apr 30th: No charge.
•Cancellation request from May 1st to May 31st - Reservation deposit will be charged.
•Cancellation request from June 1st to June 30th - Reservation deposit and damage deposit will be charged.
•Cancellation request after July 1st or No Show! - Full amount + taxes will be charged to the credit card on file.
•Reservation deposit will be charged on May 1st, - $200.00 for hotel rooms and $500.00 for cottages. This deposit will be non-refunded to hold your reservation. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if the deposit is refused.
•Damage/excessive cleaning deposit of $500.00 ($800.00 for the 4-bedroom cottage) will be charged on June 1st. This deposit will be refunded at time of check out, once inspection has been completed and no damages have occurred & the room/cottage can be cleaned as normal. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if the deposit is refused.
•No outside person(s) are permitted on the hotel property, in rooms and/or cottages. Each and all guests' names and ages need to be provided upon reservation and need to be re-confirmed upon check in!
• From July 1st, “NO” changes will be allowed, and full charges will be made on July 1st.
•The reservations are "Non-transferrable, Not refundable".
•Hotel room rates are based on (2) persons per room. Cottage rates are based on (4) persons per room. Additional persons, additional charges will apply. The rate of 4-bedroom Cottage is based on 12 people capacity. Please Note: Room/Cottage Rates and all other Charges DO NOT include HST.
