Booking and Cancellation Policies
Regular Booking Policy
Minimum Stay:
* Minimum 2-nights for kitchenettes and two-bedroom chalets, two-bedroom cottage plus, three-bedroom chalets.
* Minimum 3-nights for four-bedroom cottage.
Reservation Deposit:
* All cottage reservations will be subject to a 25% deposit at time of booking; the remanding 75% balance is to be paid in full upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable up to 14-days prior to your arrival date. However, if you cancel within 14-days of your arrival, you will be subjected to a one-night room rate (plus tax) charge.
* All package reservations will be subject to a 25% deposit at time of booking; the remanding 75% balance is to be paid in full upon arrival. *This deposit must be paid by Credit Card, no exceptions.
Cancellation Policy:
* For hotel room reservation, “No cancellation charge” up to 7-days prior to arrival date. Within 7-days of arrival, cancellation charge is equal to the room rate for 1 night plus tax.
* For cottage reservation, “No cancellation charge” up to 14-days prior to arrival date. Within 14-days of arrival, cancellation charge is equal to the room rate for 1 night plus tax.
* For package reservation, “No cancellation charge” up to 14-days prior to arrival date. Within 14-days of arrival, cancellation charge is equal to the room rate for 1 night plus tax and full amount of tickets.
Check-in/out Notice:
*Check-in time is after 4 PM on the date of your arrival. Check-out time is before 10 AM.
*Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in.
Please note:
* No shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
* If you decide to leave early, the daily rate is non-refundable.
The above policies do not apply for Cavendish Beach Music Festival and Sommo Festival reservation.

•4 nights for all the cottages.
Booking Policy:
•Reservation deposit will be charged at the time of booking, $200 for hotel rooms and $500 for cottages. Balance is due on July 5th, 2025. Reservation deposit will be non-refundable after June 1st, 2025. Deposit must be paid by Credit Card. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if the deposit is refused.
•Damage/excessive cleaning deposit of $500.00 ($800.00 for the 4-bedroom cottage) will be charged on June 1st, 2025. This deposit will be refunded once inspection has been completed and no damages have occurred & the room/cottage can be cleaned as normal. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if the deposit is refused.
•From July 1st, 2025 “NO” changes will be allowed, and full charges will be made on July 1st, 2025.
•Hotel room rates are based on (2) persons per room. Cottage rates are based on (4) persons per cottage. Additional person(s) will be charged accordingly. HST and Shuttle service are not included.
Cancellation Policy:
•Cancellation request before May 31st, 2025- Reservation deposit will be refunded less a $100 administration fee.
•Cancellation request from June 1st to June 30th, 2025- Reservation deposit will be charged.
•Cancellation request after July 1st, 2025 or No Show! - Full amount + taxes will be charged to the credit card on file.
Please Note:
•No unregistered person(s) are permitted on the hotel property, in the rooms and/or cottages. Each and all guests' names and ages need to be provided upon reservation and require confirmation upon check in.
•No pets are allowed during Cavendish Beach Music Festival.
•No room services during Cavendish Beach Music Festival.
•Check-in time is after 4 PM, check-out time is no later than 10 AM.
•The reservations are "Non-transferrable, Non-refundable". No credit or refund for early check-out.
Sommo Festival Policy
Minimum Stay Policy:
•2 nights for all the hotel rooms.
•3 nights for all the cottages.
Booking Policy:
•Reservation deposit will be charged at time of booking, $200 for hotel rooms, $500 for cottages. Balance owing is due @ time of check-in and must be paid in full by Credit Card. Reservation deposit will be non-refundable after August 15th, 2025. The reservation will be cancelled if the deposit is refused.
•Damage/excessive cleaning deposit of $500.00 ($800.00 for the 4-bedroom cottage) will be charged on Sept 1st, 2025. This deposit will be refunded once inspection has been completed and no damages have occurred & the room/cottage can be cleaned as normal. The reservation will be cancelled if the deposit is refused.
•From Sept 7th, 2025 onwards “NO” changes to the reservation details will be allowed, and full charges will be made on Sep 12th, 2025.
•Hotel room rates are based on (2) persons per room occupancy. Cottage rates are based on (4) persons per cottage occupancy. Additional person(s) will be charged accordingly. HST and Shuttle service are not included.

•Cancellation request after Sep 7th,2025 or No Show! - Full amount + taxes will be charged to the credit card on file.
